“This was first intended to be a twist on a Negroni, but it really went its own way after a few taste tests,” says Bon Vivants owner, Kyle Jones. “The touch of coffee and hint of savory walnut adds complexity to a familiar base.”
1 oz. dry gin
1 oz. sweet vermouth
¾ oz. coffee liqueur
¼ oz. walnut liqueur
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon
Glass: tea cup
Garnish: brandied cherry, orange twist
Combine all of the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a tea cup and garnish.
