Sherry and orgeat give this low-ABV drink an extra-nutty flavor.
2 oz. Lustau East India sherry
¾ oz. orgeat
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
Chilled soda water
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: lemon peel, grated nutmeg
Shake the first 3 ingredients with ice, then strain into an ice-filled glass and top with chilled soda. Grate nutmeg over the surface and garnish with a lemon peel.
