Lambrusco brings a rich fruity character to this cocktail inspired by the Bee’s Knees.
1½ oz. gin
½ oz. honey
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
4 basil leaves
Lambrusco, to top
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: basil leaf and lemon peel
Shake the gin, honey, lemon juice, and basil in a shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Top with Lambrusco, then garnish.
