Jack's Rose Cocktail

Sparkling cider brightens this spin on the classic.

At Watershed Kitchen & Bar, this riff on the classic Jack Rose is made with the distillery’s own bourbon and apple brandy.

Ingredients

3/4 oz. bourbon
3/4 oz. apple brandy
3/4 oz. grenadine
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
Chilled sparkling dry cider

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:coupe

Preparation

Shake the first 4 ingredients with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe and top with cider.
