Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 Tbsp. culinary-grade lavender (organic, if available)
  • Tools:small saucepan, strainer, jar

Preparation

Bring all the ingredients to boil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir and let boil until sugar has fully dissolved. Remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes. Strain into a clean jar, cover and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
