The First-Ever Martini Expo Comes to Brooklyn

Martini lovers, this one’s for you. The inaugural Martini Expo is set to take place September 12–13, at Industry City in Brooklyn, and it promises to be an unforgettable celebration of the classic cocktail’s legacy, culture, and current revival. Presented by The Mix with Robert Simonson, this event will bring together some of the most respected voices in the cocktail world for two days of exploration, education, and, of course, world-class Martinis.

Festivities kick off Friday evening with a special Martini pairing dinner at Confidant, Industry City’s acclaimed new restaurant. On Saturday, attendees can expect a full day of seminars covering Martini history, styles, and cultural significance, as well as tastings and brand showcases from gin, vodka, vermouth, and bitters producers.

The event will also feature a dedicated book corner with author signings, a lively evening Martini Mixer spotlighting top bartenders from NYC and beyond, and food from favorites like Hamburger America and Crif Dogs. Industry icons such as Dale DeGroff, Julie Reiner, Allen Katz, and Kenta Goto are already on the lineup, with more to be announced.
