Save the date: Art of the Cocktail 2017

Art of the Cocktail, Victoria’s biggest cocktail celebration of the year, is returning on October 14. Get tips on the art of entertaining during this year’s Cocktails Up Close: “Parties That Pack a Punch.” Led by bartender and Botanist Gin ambassador Gez McAlpine, you’ll learn about creating large-format cocktails, from punches to sangria, bottled cocktails and everything in between. Then, head to the Grand Tasting to sample cocktails highlighting a range of spirits from small artisan and regional distillers, plus global brand ambassadors, and enjoy food from some of the best chefs on the West Coast.
