Drink of the Week: Relax Hazy IPA by Offshoot Beer Co.

Offshoot Beer Co., a side project of The Bruery in Southern California, launched last spring as an outlet for playful, hop-forward one-offs that were only sold directly from the brewery—until now. Relax [It’s Just a Hazy IPA], out this month, marks the first year-round release from Offshoot that will be available in markets beyond their home state, as well as through their website (if you sign up for their Interest List). True to a Northeastern-style IPA, the beer pours extra cloudy with bright tropical aromas.
