Drink of the Week: Pathfinder Espresso Tonic

When Seattle-born alcohol-free amaro The Pathfinder hit the market in 2021, it found a niche in the category and swiftly became a backbar favorite. Distilled from a base of fermented hemp and blended with botanicals like wormwood, sage, juniper, saffron, orange peel, and Douglas fir, the bright and bitter concoction drinks like a classic amaro with none of the alcohol.
