Drink of the Week: He’Brew Rejewvenator

Passover ends in a few days, and if you’re looking for a good kosher beer, today’s Drink of the Week has you covered (but note that if you’re celebrating passover, Rejewvenator is kosher, but not passover-kosher). The second beer in the Rejewvenator series, this bold brew mixes more than 400 gallons of date juice with a doppelbock and a Belgian-style dubbel to truly unique effect. Dark, malty aromas are met by flavors of dried raisins, figs and earthy dates followed by a mellow hop bitterness on the finish. Open a bottle with friends and sip alongside some honey cake and rugelach.
