Drink of the Week: Elizabeth Goutorbe “Cuvée Eclatante” Brut Champagne

Crafted entirely with estate-grown fruit, this “grower Champagne” blends mostly Pinot Noir grapes with a mix of Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier for notes of ripe berry fruits (think dark cherries, raspberries and marionberries), tart green apple acid and sea-flecked minerality on the finish.
