Two types of bitter liqueurs combine with aged rum and sherry in this sultry cocktail from Verne in Buenos Aires.
1½ oz. aged Cuban-style rum
½ oz. Aperol
½ oz. Cynar
½ oz. fino sherry
1 dash fresh lemon juice
Tools: barspoon, strainer
Stir all of the ingredients with ice to chill, then strain into a glass over a large ice cube.
