Pisco, Carpano Antica and Campari meet in this summery aperitif.

1 1/2 oz. pisco
1/2 oz. Carpano Antica
1/2 oz. Campari
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
3 dashes rhubarb bitters (click here for a DIY recipe)
Club soda
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: Collins
Garnish: orange wedge and fresh mint bouquet

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass, top with club soda and garnish.
