Bright and bittersweet—with a spoonful of marmalade shaken in for good measure—this low-alcohol cocktail is perfect for brunch.
2 oz. Carpano Antica sweet vermouth
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
½ oz. simple syrup (1:1)
1 tsp. Fernet-Branca Menta
1 barspoon orange marmalade
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: double rocks
Garnish: mint bouquet
Add all the ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a double rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
