Bitter About My Hot Friend

2 oz. reposado tequila
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
¾ oz. agave
¾ oz. Campari
habanero tincture to taste
Tools: mixing tin, strainer
Glass: rocks
Garnish: lemon twist

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin with ice. Shake and double strain over fresh ice into a chilled  glass. Garnish.

For the habanero tincture: With latex gloves on, de-stem and chop 4 habaneros. Add the chopped chiles to 1 bottle of vodka and allow to macerate for 2 weeks. Strain in a bottle.
