When the alpine goodness of Braulio meets the smoky depth of Sfumato, this Amaro Daiquiri becomes a match made in bitters heaven.
1 oz. Braulio amaro
1 oz. Sfumato Rabarbaro
½ oz. gomme syrup (or ¾ oz. of 1:1 simple syrup)
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: lime wheel
Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice, then shake to chill. Strain into a coupe and garnish.
