Arancia Spritz

spritzOrange curaçao adds a dash of bittersweet depth to this lush Spritz.

1 oz. sweet vermouth (Monteverde uses Carpano Antica)
½ oz. dry orange curaçao (Monteverde uses Pierre Ferrand)
1½ oz. club soda
2 oz. Prosecco
Dash Angostura bitters
Tools: barspoon
Glass: wine glass
Garnish: orange peel

Combine the ingredients in a wine glass, except the Prosecco. Add ice and stir to chill. Top with Prosecco. Garnish.
