1½ oz. Scotch (Klus prefers Bowmore Legend)
½ oz. Combier rouge
½ oz. Cynar
½ oz. Punt e Mes
dash of orange bitters
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass: Old Fashioned
Garnish: orange peel

Combine ingredients and stir with ice; strain over a large cube and garnish.
