“I really liked the pairing of Carpano Antica and Maurin Quina,” says bartender Tyler Dow, who calls this drink, “a tip of the cap to the Negroni.”
1 oz. gin
1 oz. Maurin Quina
1 oz. Carpano Antica
2 dashes grapefruit bitters
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass: cocktail
Garnish: flamed orange peel
Combine all ingredients, including ice, and stir until chilled. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
