We wrap up our 2023 Imbibe 75 coverage by checking in with Julio “Jules” Gutierrez, founder of the bar pop-up series Chuntikis. Designed to help tell the stories of Latinos and immigrants through the medium of tropical drinks, Chuntikis popped up at a number of bars near Gutierrez’s home in Long Beach, California. He’s also shared his experiences at Tales of the Cocktail in New Orleans.
