Light, zesty and a bit floral, sticky NYC summer days are no match for this icy cooler.
1½ oz. genever
½ oz. St. Germain
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
Tools: shaker
Glass: rocks
Garnish: orange wedge
Combine ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (no ice). Pour into a chilled rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish.
