Ingredients

  • 8 oz. steamed milk of choice
  • 2 oz. hot water (175°F / 80°C)
  • 1 oz. caramel apple butter syrup
  • 2 tsp. high-quality matcha powder

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. apple butter
  • 2 Tbsp. caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. butter
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • Glass:mug
  • Garnish:cinnamon

Preparation

In a mug, whisk the matcha powder with the hot water until smooth. Stir in the syrup and add the steamed milk. Garnish.
Caramel Apple Butter SyrupAdd the butters to a saucepan over medium heat. Once melted follow with caramel sauce and vanilla extract. Stir to combine and add the rest of the ingredients. Stir until clump-free. Will keep in the refrigerator for 2 weeks.
