In this cocktail from former Noble Experiment bartender Lindsay Nader, earthy rhum agricole meets the richness of apricots and honey.
2 oz. aged rhum agricole
½ oz. dry vermouth
½ oz. apricot liqueur
½ tsp. honey
Tools: barspoon, strainer
Garnish: orange twist
Stir all the ingredients with ice to chill, strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
