Tick of the Clock

 A heavy dose of bitters lends this ginger and tequila cocktail its vivid color and depth of flavor.

1½ oz. blanco tequila
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. ginger syrup
¼ oz. Angostura bitters
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: rocks
Garnish: mint sprig

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice and shake. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish.
