Bittersweet and cherry-red from a bold combination of Aperol and Peychaud’s bitters, this bracing sipper is the just the thing to ease you into the evening hours.
1¼ oz. Zirbenz Stone Pine Liqueur
1 oz. Lillet blanc
1 oz. Aperol
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Garnish: orange peel
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with a generous amount of ice. Stir to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube. Garnish.
