The perfectly wintry combo of rye whiskey and blood orange get a boost from cava in this sparkling punch from Salt & Vine in Nashville.

3 oz. rye whiskey
12 oz. cava
3 oz. fresh lemon juice
3 oz. simple syrup (1:1)
3 oz. blood orange purée
Tools: stirring spoon, ladle
Glass: rocks glass
Garnish: orange wheels

Combine all the ingredients in a large punch bowl with ice and stir to combine. Garnish.
