panacheFresh and fizzy, this beer cocktail hits the spot.

3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
3/4 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
IPA, or another hoppy beer
Tools: barspoon
Glass: footed Pilsner

Combine all ingredients, except beer, and stir with ice. Top with beer and stir again until combined.
