Banana was one of our 2014 Imbibe 75 Flavors to Try, and we suggest starting with this tropically inspired mix of rum, sherry and bottled banana liqueur.
2 oz. white rum
1 oz. manzanilla sherry
1/2 oz. Giffard Banane du Bresil
Dash orange bitters
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass: cocktail or coupe
Garnish: lemon twist
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
