Koffie & Tonic

Koffie & TonicCold-brew coffee and orange flower water add new dimension to this genever-based Koffie & Tonic from Singapore.

1 oz. genever
3½ oz. tonic (ATLAS uses Fever-Tree Mediterranean)
1½ oz. cold-brew coffee
3 dashes orange flower water
Tools: barspoon
Glass: highball
Garnish: grapefruit wheel

Combine the genever and tonic in a highball glass with ice and stir to combine. Float the cold-brew on top and garnish.
