Blackberries and elderflower lead the charge in this beautiful vodka cocktail from Employees Only Los Angeles.
1¾ oz. vodka
1 oz. elderflower liqueur
¾ oz. blackberry purée
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
simple syrup (1:1) to taste
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: 1 crown fresh mint
Shake all the ingredients with ice to chill, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Place the fresh mint in the palm of your hand and smack it with your other hand to release the aromatic oils. Use the mint to garnish the drink.
