A fresh and summery EO classic.

Blackberries and elderflower richen this vodka cocktail from Employees Only Los Angeles.

Ingredients

1¾ oz. vodka
1 oz. elderflower liqueur
¾ oz. blackberry purée
¾ oz. fresh lemon juice
simple syrup (1:1), to taste

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:coupe
Garnish:1 crown fresh mint

Preparation

Shake all the ingredients with ice to chill, then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Place the fresh mint in the palm of your hand and smack it with your other hand to release the aromatic oils. Use the mint to garnish the drink.
