The classic Margarita gets a savory twist with the addition of fresh-pressed celery juice and a pinch of salt.
1 1/2 oz. blanco tequila
3/4 oz. fresh celery juice
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. honey
2 drops salt water (1:1)
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: several rings of fresh chile peppers
Combine all ingredients and shake. Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish.
