Fend off those winter blues with this sunny cocktail.

The earthy aromatics of turmeric pair perfectly with fresh carrot juice in this vibrant cocktail.

Ingredients

2 oz. turmeric-infused vodka
1 oz. carrot juice
3/4 oz. honey
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters

Tools:shaker, strainer
Glass:rocks
Garnish:celery stick

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain into a glass over fresh ice and garnish.

Turmeric-Infused VodkaCombine 1 stick of fresh turmeric, chopped, with one 750-ml. bottle of vodka. Infuse for about 24 hours and check to taste, leaving to infuse longer if desired. Strain and rebottle.
