sparkling cold-brew negroni

Beat the heat with this super-refreshing Americano riff from Houndstooth Coffee.

Ingredients

3 oz. cold-brew coffee concentrate
2 oz. Cappelletti
2 oz. club soda

Tools:barspoon
Glass:hurricane
Garnish:orange wedge

Preparation

Combine the cold-brew concentrate and Cappelletti in a glass. Fill halfway with crushed ice and stir to chill. Add club soda and top with more crushed ice. Garnish.
