Campari, Cognac and a drizzle of maple syrup meet in this updated take on the classic minty-fresh Stinger.
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. Cognac
1/4 tsp. Grade B maple syrup
2 fresh mint sprigs
Tools: shaker, muddler, strainer
Glass: rocks
Garnish: fresh mint sprig
In the base of a cocktail shaker, gently muddle mint. Add remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into a crushed ice-filled glass and garnish.
