White Negroni

white negroniWith flowery Lillet standing in for sweet vermouth and bitter, assertive Suze in place of Campari, this is a francophile’s Negroni, and it’s as irresistible as its Italian cousin.

2 oz. gin
1 oz. Lillet Blanc
3/4 oz. Suze
Tools: mixing glass, strainer
Glass: cocktail

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and stir to chill. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with a lemon peel.
