Spirited applejack adds a splash of Americana to this peppery take on the traditional Moscow Mule.
1 1/2 oz. applejack (Boudreau uses Laird’s)
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
3 dashes Angostura bitters
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: lime wedge
Combine all ingredients, except ginger beer, and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass, top with ginger beer and garnish.
