Girl Scout cookies get the grownup treatment in this boozy Bailey’s-spiked float.
2 oz. Bailey’s Irish cream
¾ cup chocolate ice cream
2 ½ oz. vanilla cream soda
2 Tbsp. crushed Thin Mints
Garnish: 1 Tbsp. crushed Thin Mints
Add Irish cream to the bottom of a glass and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of crushed Thin Mints on top. Add chocolate ice cream to the glass and then sprinkle a second tablespoon of crushed Thin Mints. Pour vanilla cream soda on top and finish with a final layer of crushed Thin Mints.
