Houston bartender Alex Gregg adds a little south of the border spirit to his Texas-inspired Tequila Rickey.
1 ½ oz. blanco tequila
¼ oz. agave nectar
¾ oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. soda water
Tools: shaker, strainer
Combine all ingredients, except soda water, and shake with ice. Strain over 1 large ice cube in a rocks glass and top with soda.
