Slightly fruity from a few dashes of grenadine and blossoming with the herbal botanicals of gin, you can’t go wrong with the blushing classic Pink Lady cocktail.
1 ½ oz. gin (London dry style)
½ oz. applejack
Juice of half a lemon
1 fresh egg white (pasteurized if you like)
2 dashes grenadine
Tools: shaker, strainer
Shake vigorously with ice, strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
