This spirited sipper combines white dog whiskey, cold-brew coffee and a rich nut liqueur.
1 ¼ oz. unaged whiskey
1 ¼ oz. cold-brew coffee
½ oz. nocino
¼ oz. marschino liqueur
⅛ oz. demerera syrup (1:1)
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon
Glass: Nick and Nora
Garnish: Angostura bitters whipped cream
Combine all ingredients and stir with ice. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
Angostura Bitters Whipped Cream: In a shaker tin, combine 2 oz. of whipping cream, 1/8 oz. of simple syrup (1:1) and ⅛ oz. of Angostura bitters. Shake vigorously with the coil from a Hawthorn strainer for 1 full minute.
