monk's revenge recipeThis alluringly potent cocktail from Houston’s Anvil Bar & Refuge combines herbal Bénédictine and spicy rye with equal parts each of Campari and Fernet.

1 1/2 oz. Bénédictine
3/4 oz. rye whiskey
Barspoon Fernet Branca
Barspoon Campari
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Glass: cocktail

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice, stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
