A delicately nuanced cocktail that blends nocino with genever and dry vermouth.
1 ½ oz. genever
¾ oz. dry vermouth
¾ oz. nocino (click here for a homemade recipe)
Tools: mixing glass, barspoon, strainer
Garnish: lemon peel
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice and stir. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
