2 oz. blended scotch

Juice of half a lime

6 oz. spicy ginger ale or ginger beer (try Blenheim's Hot Ginger Ale)
3–5 ice cubes
Tools: barspoon
Glass: highball
Garnish: lime wedge

Add ice cubes to your glass, pour in scotch, squeeze in lime juice and fill with ginger ale or ginger beer. Stir and garnish.
