Holiday Crush

Holidays in a glass? It doesn’t get any more seasonal than this wintry combo of rosemary, cranberries, sweet vermouth and maple.
1 1/2 oz. vodka
3/4 oz. cranberry juice
1/2 oz. sweet vermouth
1/4 oz. maple syrup (or substitute 1:1 simple syrup)
2-4 fresh cranberries
1 sprig fresh rosemary
Tools: shaker, muddler, strainer, fine strainer
Glass: highball
Garnish: fresh cranberries skewered on a sprig of fresh rosemary
In the base of a shaker, muddle raspberries and rosemary. Add remaining ingredients and top shake with ice. Double-strain into a crushed ice-filled highball and garnish.
