Hemingway Daiquiri

The Hemingway Daiquiri was created at the La Floradita bar in Cuba for Ernest Hemingway. Legend has it that he loved it so much that he always ordered a double, lending the cocktail its nickname of Papa Doble.

1 1/2 oz. white rum
3/4 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
1/4 oz. maraschino liqueur

Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: cocktail
Garnish: lime wedge

Shake ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
