This sublime mix of vodka, ripe raspberries and kombucha will waltz across your palate.
2 oz. vodka
1 oz. raspberry purée
1 dash of fresh ginger juice
3 oz. kombucha (Kwo uses Magic Kombucha)
Tools: shaker, strainer, barspoon
Garnish: lime wedge
Combine vodka, raspberry purée and ginger juice and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled Collins glass and top with kombucha. Stir gently to combine and garnish.
