Bavarian-style wheat beer meets soda fountain nostalgia in this delicious phosphate flip.
1 ½ oz. Old Tom gin
1 oz. weissbier
½ oz. triple sec (Norris uses Combier)
¼ oz. allspice dram
6 dashes acid phosphate
1 whole fresh egg (pasteurized if you like)
Tools: shaker, strainer
Garnish: grated nutmeg and grated orange peel
Shake all ingredients with ice until chilled. Strain into a chilled flip glass. Garnish.
