Drunken Root

This beet-infused cocktail distills drinking down to the root of deliciousness.

2 oz. Scotch (Media uses Laphroig)
3/4 oz. fresh beet juice
1/2 oz. maple syrup
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: Old Fashioned
Garnish: fresh rosemary sprig

Combine all ingredients and shake with ice. Strain over one large ice cube and garnish.
