The Pimm’s Cup gets a garden-fresh makeover in this variation from Prospect in Brooklyn’s Fort Greene neighborhood.
1 1/2 oz. cucumber vodka (Prospect uses Crop Organic)
3/4 oz. Pimm’s No. 1
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. agave nectar
3-inch piece of celery, coarsely chopped
Tools: muddler, shaker, strainer
Garnish: fresh celery
Muddle the celery in a shaker. Add the remaining ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish.
