Tiki Punch: Touch of Love

When Jesse Bernal needed inspiration for naming this tiki punch, he turned to his childhood. “When I was younger, I would ask my mom what she did to make dinner different, and she’d say that she added a ‘touch of love.’ ”

3 oz. blackstrap rum
3 oz. bourbon
3 oz. Amaro Montenegro
1 oz. curaçao
5 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. fresh lime juice
Club soda, to top
Tools: shaker, strainer
Glass: tiki punch bowl
Garnish: mint bouquet

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake with ice until chilled. Strain over fresh ice in a punch bowl. Top with soda. Serves 3-4.
